The Sinful Rogue or as they say in Spanish "Tentaciones des Pecadores"
is a life long dream, developed in my home, Toronto, Canada, started in 1985 and
since then has grown to become an international success that I have brought to
Puerto Vallarta, October 1, 2004. I studied culinary arts, graduated from college
and then apprenticed under a legendary chef from Germany, Michael Stadtlander,
which helped me develop a style of cooking, few have had the pleasure to experience.
Toronto is one of the multicultural centres in the world and has developed a reputation
of excellence when it comes to different cuisines from around the world, so it was easy
to adopt a passion for cooking. Food has become part of my soul and with every venue,
every new menu and every theme, my career as a chef has been enriched. My hope is to pass
that on to you with a wonderful gastronomic experience.
